Bianca has taught group fitness since 2000. Teaching a wide variety of movement formats has kept fitness fun and interesting through the years. In 2018, she traveled to Bali to acquire her 200 hour RYT training with a focus on vinyasa. Bianca loves finding creative ways to move the body through the postures and exercises with movement. She incorporates a little dance into her fitness as a fun way to express ourselves and smile more. During class she smiles and laughs a lot, because exercise should be FUN, and even during yoga, we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously. Natural wellness is also a passion of hers. She is the founder of @highsocietymama where she promotes mothers to normalize cannabis use. She has a CBD hemp business, Society's Plant www.societysplant.com - grown on her family run farm in Michigan. CBD is a regular part of her health & fitness regimen for recovery and mental wellness.
